Excellent program! I’ve been on many “cookie cutter” diets in my life and lost weight on them but the weight always came back. They left me feeling hungry and as the diet progressed I had less and less energy. This isn’t a diet; it is a nutrition and fitness program. Lynn designed a menu for me with foods that I already like. I get all the micronutrients that I need to keep me feeling full all day and energized in the gym. Speaking of the gym, she built a progressive program for me with my specific goals in mind. I’m halfway through my 12-week program and I am seeing the results on the scale and in the mirror.
