Excellent program! I’ve been on many “cookie cutter” diets in my life and lost weight on them but the weight always came back. They left me feeling hungry and as the diet progressed I had less and less energy. This isn’t a diet; it is a nutrition and fitness program. Lynn designed a menu for me with foods that I already like. I get all the micronutrients that I need to keep me feeling full all day and energized in the gym. Speaking of the gym, she built a progressive program for me with my specific goals in mind. I’m halfway through my 12-week program and I am seeing the results on the scale and in the mirror.

I wanted to share from my perspective the fitness program with Lynn Reif. Let me start by saying my husband and I chose her due to numerous friend recommendations and seeing the results of their participation in her program. She is informative and responsive with any questions or concerns you may have. We are in week 6 right now and to tell the truth I haven’t been hungry at all. My brain had a difficult time getting used to feeding the body instead of starving the body but Lynn insisted this was the right formula. The menu she gave us is easy to follow and when you add sauces and seasonings the food is very good. I no longer crave candy/sweets which is HUGE for me. It takes work and you have to PLAN. Prepping your food ahead of time is a MUST but it works. It is not a fast fix, health and weight loss never is but at 55 I needed to make my weight and health a priority. The exercise piece was difficult but not something my body couldn’t do. I am down 6.7lbs which isn’t much but my body is changing. The pictures she requests you take really show what the scale didn’t. I still have a ways to go but I am dedicated to this journey and believe Lynn will get me to my goals.

For many, many years, I put myself and my own needs after everyone else’s. Unfortunately, my health was on that list. I gained a bunch of weight, was tired all the time, and just generally felt terrible. I started assuming that was just part of getting older – part of being a busy mom. Then I met with Lynn.
Lynn listened to what I had to say and helped me see what was possible. She walked with me through the whole process. She answered all my questions, and she was super encouraging. After carefully following Lynn’s plan – and putting in the work at the gym, I saw real progress. I lost over 50 pounds and completely transformed my body! The best part is, I gained energy I have not had in a long time, and a confidence I didn’t know was possible.
