My process begins with an individualized approach to nutrition and fitness. In order to develop a customized plan, I get to know each client on a personal level.

Schedule a 60 minute comprehensive consultation

I meet with each client to discuss their lifestyles, medical or orthopedic issues, current medications/supplements, favorite foods, ultimate goals, and much more. The consultation even includes an InBODY 570 scan!

Receive your customized nutrition and fitness plan

After that meeting, I put together a customized plan specifically targeted to each clients needs and goals which can be accessed through a personal client portal on my free app.

Begin your new journey towards healthy eating and fitness

I will be there to help you every BITE and step of the way through daily messages within your portal, weekly check-ins, and in-person meetings every 4 weeks that include the InBODY 570 scan.

During this thorough consultation we explore your personal goals, current nutritional intake, medication and supplements, medical history, and so much more! At the end of our meeting, we assess your free InBODY scan results, then discuss the plans that will be most suitable for you.
