I understand that achieving success in my health and fitness journey requires consistent effort, full compliance with the plan provided, and dedication to the process. By participating in the program, I agree to follow the plan as outlined. I acknowledge that if I fail to uphold the standards of compliance, consistency, and effort on my part, I will accept full responsibility for any resulting outcomes. Furthermore, I understand that Vital Nutrition and Fitness by Lynn, LLC reserves the right to terminate or modify my participation in the program at any time, should I fail to meet these expectations.

Refunds

I understand there are NO REFUNDS once I sign into my portal for the first time.

Intellectual Property

I understand that EVERYTHING within my portal is owned and written by Lynn & Vital Nutrition and Fitness by Lynn, LLC. By accepting these terms, I acknowledge that I have entered a legally binding contract as an intended user of the Vital Nutrition and Fitness by Lynn, LLC app and Vital Nutrition and Fitness by Lynn, LLC. All of the information provided within my portal is solely for my personal use ONLY and is NOT to be COPIED, SOLD, SHARED or USED for ANYONE OTHER than me for any reason. All content and intellectual property in this program is solely written and owned by Vital Nutrition and Fitness by Lynn, LLC. Breach of contract will result in the termination of my relationship with Vital Nutrition and Fitness by Lynn, LLC, as well as, a legal response if the aforementioned contract is broken. I understand that I will be held financially liable for all attorney fees, court costs and any other costs associated with breach of contract lawsuit.
